The Story Behind The Alternative
The Alternative was founded by Paolo in 2016 after more than 15 years producing executive conferences, leadership meetings and international events within Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
There, he developed a specialised role, leading the creative direction, stage design, production planning and live delivery of the company’s most important internal and external events.
Today, The Alternative brings that same senior expertise to agencies, corporations and premium brands through a more agile, hands-on approach—one experienced partner, fully committed from concept to flawless execution.
